Global Path: FSE E-Learning Path
This e-learning path for Field Service Engineers is part of the Global Path certification process for the Global Service Department. Modules should be completed in order.
A four-module program: three training modules focused on roles and responsibilities, interpersonal and cultural skills, and communication—followed by a final escape game quiz to apply and test the knowledge gained. At the end is a brief satisfaction survey to be completed.
The aim of this module is to help FSEs confidently address cultural and technical challenges while fostering positive and productive client relationships, ensuring both technical success and customer satisfaction.

The aim of this training module is to help FSE’s understand how proper administrative management impacts customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and regulatory compliance and how to act as company representatives and enhance customer experience.

After finishing the first three modules of FSE Behavior, you are now ready to put your knowledge to the test. In this escape challege, you will need to reflect upon what you have learned in order to finish a service visit. It won’t be easy!
